        Q. What file types do you accept?

        A: We currently accept STL, 3MF, and ZIP files.

        One printed piece cannot exceed 250 × 250 × 250 mm.

        A: Pricing depends on the material, print time, and size of the model. After reviewing your file, we will send you a custom quote.

        A: Once you confirm, we’ll email you a payment link (via our website checkout with Stripe). You can pay online using card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

        A: Most prints are completed within 5–7 days, depending on size and finish.

        A: Yes, PLA and PETG are commonly available. Please mention your preferences in the Notes section of the form.

        A: Please upload a smaller file or share a Google Drive / Dropbox link in the form.

        A: At the moment, we focus on UK deliveries. For special requests, please contact us.
