Every item from The First Layer is 3D-printed to order, so processing and delivery times can vary depending on the design and size.

Processing Time

Please allow a few days for your print to be prepared. We will let you know when it is ready.

Collection

Many customers prefer to collect their orders in person. After your print is ready, we can discuss a convenient collection place and time.

Delivery

If you need delivery, this can usually be arranged. Delivery cost depends on your location and the size/weight of the item. We will confirm the price and get your approval before sending your order.

Packaging

We pack each 3D print carefully to help it arrive in good condition. Please keep the packaging if you need to contact us about damage or delivery issues.

Updates

You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order and another message when your print is ready for collection or dispatch.
